But the numbers also indicate that law enforcement treats the cases more seriously now, including those of marginalized citizens.. - According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)'s Uniform Crime Reports, a motor vehicle is stolen in the United States every 26.4 seconds. The odds of a vehicle being stolen were 1 in 207 Every year in the U.S., more than 1.1 million vehicles are stolen. - The National Insurance Crime Bureau says that motorcycle theft rates have increased over 135% in the past 5 years, with approximately 70,000 motorcycles stolen in 2006 .

High Priority Notification (HPN) alerts

Please select up to two email-enabled devices (PC, Cell Phone, PDA) to receive HPN alerts, such as SOS Notifications, Geofence breached and Excess Speed alerts.

One of the devices you select should be your cell phone. The other could be another cell phone (eg owned by your spouse, partner or another family member or close friend), or your PDA or PC / Laptop.
